It is uncommon for organizations to require college transcripts as part of the application process, although it is not unheard of. Do not provide transcripts unless they are requested. If transcripts are requested:

• Be sure to note if the organization requires an unofficial or unofficial copy of your transcript.
  • Unofficial copies can be accessed off your myucdavis.edu page under student records. 
  • Official copies will have to be obtained directly from the Registrar’s Office.
• Take note of their instructions regarding how and when they would like to receive your transcript. If they do not provide this information, you may provide it at the time of application.
