Annual Student Positions – Your Path to Professional Growth

🔹 Lead Student Manager
Gain management and leadership experience as the primary point of contact for student employees. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, support student engagement, and help shape the student experience. Perfect for those looking to develop team management, problem-solving, and organizational skills—all essential for future leadership roles.

🔹 Peer Advisors
Strengthen your mentorship and communication skills by supporting students through advising, professional development workshops, and outreach initiatives. This role helps build public speaking, coaching, and networking abilities—ideal for careers in advising, education, business, and beyond.

🔹 Communications & Social Media Manager
Enhance your expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and strategic communication by managing our online presence. You’ll develop social media campaigns, create website content, and craft program announcements—valuable experience for future roles in marketing, media, and communications.

🔹 Ambassadors
As a former Washington Program participant, you’ll mentor and guide new students, helping them transition into life in Washington, D.C. This role offers excellent networking, event planning, and leadership experience—all great assets for careers that require strong interpersonal skills. Ambassadors receive a stipend upon completion of their duties.
