Housing Information

UC Washington Center

Students accepted into the Washington Program must reside at the UC Washington Center. This is a living, learning, and internship program designed for a cohort of students to share this adventure together, so there is no exception to this rule. We are delighted that you are joining us and are looking forward to your adventures and experiences in our nation's capital. Students must sign and submit a housing contract before moving in because it is a binding contract that guarantees their place in the program.

The structure serves as the residence for all Washington Program students, instructors, and staff, and it currently houses all of the Washington Program's classrooms. Students from other universities and UC students live together at the center.

The center currently offers the following amenities:

  • Fully furnished apartments:
    • 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath
    • Fully equipped kitchen
  • Maintenance services
  • High-speed internet
  • Fitness center with elliptical, treadmills and weights.
  • Computer lab
  • Laundry rooms
  • Check out items such as baking supplies, DVDs, a DVD player, shopping carts, etc.
  • Recreation room
