Students who participate in the UCDC program during the Fall or Winter Quarter may be guaranteed on-campus housing for the following quarter (Winter or Spring Quarters) provided they apply by their campus deadline and are flexible with available housing options.

This housing guarantee is only extended to students who currently live in Student Housing or who received a housing guarantee based on their commitment during the official application period. While any student may apply for housing at any time, only Fall Quarter applicants receive a guaranteed housing placement. Applications for Spring Quarter housing are not guaranteed and are considered based on space availability.

As such, the post-UCDC housing guarantee is intended specifically for students who have been accepted into the program and either currently reside in Student Housing or committed to doing so in advance. Please contact your campus housing office for more information on eligibility, timelines, and how to secure Winter or Spring Quarter housing after your time in Washington, D.C.
