Hi! My name is Kennedy and I am a fourth-year Sociology major with minors in Political Science and Education. I am an alumna of the Washington Program, having had the privilege of living and working in Washington, D.C. in the Fall of 2022. During this time, I interned for the Office of Legislative and Congressional Affairs at the Department of Education. My experience at the Department of Education, alongside my previous role as a teacher’s aide and Transformative Justice Studies at UC Davis’ Quarter At Aggie Square, helped support my passion for education policy. I am so excited to be able to fill the role of Peer Advisor this school year and help students, both prospective and current, reach their full potential in the Washington Program!
