Bio: I am Shafiq, a Public Service and Psychology major starting my second year at UC Davis. My passions lie in social justice and philanthropy, and I plan to pursue a career in the legal field after law school. On campus, I serve as the Treasurer of the Women in Law club and an active member of the Debate at UC Davis. I’m excited to offer my skills and experiences as a Peer Advisor for the Washington Program!
Why I Love my Role: I really enjoyed my quarter in DC, and I am eager to help other students prepare for this life-changing experience. As a previous participant of the program, I can provide valuable, personalized advice when addressing student concerns and contribute positively to their experience.
