UCDC Internship: World Justice Project, Communications Intern
Bio: Hi everyone! I’m a double major in ‘Political Science – Public Service’ and ‘Science & Technology Studies.’ On campus, I’ve been involved in many clubs and programs! I’ve been a frequent presenter (and attendee) of Startup Center events, a Global Impact Fellow for Project Amazon LINK through UC Davis Global Affairs, and am a part of HerCampus and ISA. I’ve also held leadership roles on campus serving as the Secretary for Phi Alpha Delta and the Director of Programming for the STS Club. I am passionate about public administration, technology governance, global equity, and natural resource distribution, and I am excited to help connect students with opportunities in D.C. that can help them find their passions as well!
Why I love my role: I look forward to using my creativity to promote an experience for students that is so valuable professionally and personally. I would love information about the Washington Program to feel more approachable and accessible. I’m also excited to meet new people and help them transition into this brand-new experience! I know how daunting moving across the country can feel, and I’m glad I can help reduce those nerves for future students!
Fun Facts: I just received my 4th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo, so I am officially a Master! I did also choir for 7 years growing up!
