Bio: I am a first-generation student, going into my fourth-year. I’m studying Community and Regional Development with a minor in Communications. On campus, I have been a part of the STAR program, as well as a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma. I’ve had the chance to intern in both politics, and marketing and media for a colligate summer baseball league, and through the CRD major department!
Why I Love My Role: I love my role because it allows me to connect with other students who are passionate about public service and connect with others through the DC experience. The Washington Program is often the first-time students live far away from home and experience an internship; I enjoy being able to share advice to make the transition smooth.
Why I Love the Washington Program: I love the Washington Program because it allows you to amerce yourself into the heart of politics and policy. I also loved the community the program creates, and the friendships you will make out of sharing such a unique experience together.
Fun Facts: I was born nearly in the Grand Canyon!
I love to go to the beach and river as I spend my summers going on hikes or camping.
I have two French Bulldogs and I love animals.
