I am a fifth year Human Development and Spanish double major. I participated in the Washington Program during Fall 2017 and Winter 2018, which was one of the best decisions I made as an undergraduate student. The internship application process, my internship experience, and moving across the country were all invaluable moments of growth. Through my legislative internship in the Office of Senator Kamala D. Harris, I had the opportunity to conduct policy research and was constantly inspired by my colleagues. As a Washington Program peer advisor, I work closely with students to pinpoint their internship and career goals. I am excited to help students evaluate the ways in which these goals align with their professional skills and individual strengths. In my spare time I enjoy playing flute, ballroom dancing, and hiking with my Australian Shepherd.
